Generally, returns are subject to up to 10% restocking fees, depending on the item itself, length of return, and condition of the return

Original items must first be returned for inspection to take advantage of the three-month warranty

Warranty replacements cannot be shipped until the original item is first returned!

Items ordered by 10:00am PST will be shipped the same day, with the exception of weekdays and US holidays
